Slow demand, buyer resistance seen curtailing trend of Polish price increases
The current trend of increasing steel prices in the Polish market could reverse, as mills’ efforts to raise prices are being met with resistance from buyers, while demand is growing slower than was initially forecast, according to Robert Wojdyna, chief executive of major Polish distributor Konsorcjum Stali.
