Slovak mini-mill announces month-long summer stoppage
Slovakia Steel Mills (SSM) based in Stráske has announced on its website that it will be taking just over a month off for a planned summer break. The stoppage at SSM’s meltshop and rolling mill began last Monday on 4 August and is expected to last until 7 September.
