Sirjan Iranian Steel commissions Bardsir DRI plant, plans billet plant in 2016
Sirjan Iranian Steel Co. (Sisco) has commissioned its new 960,000 tonnes/year “Bardsir” direct reduced iron plant. The new facility will require 1.5m t/y of pellet feedstock, Kallanish learns from parent company Middle East Mines and Mineral Industries Development Holding Company (Midhco).
