Italy's Sideralba acquires former Sidervasto tubemaking plant in Basciano
Italian tubemaker Sideralba has completed the acquisition of the former Sidervasto structural welded tubes operation based in Basciano, Italy. The facility is expected to be fully operational by mid-April, a spokesperson from Sideralba tells Kallanish.
