Shougang starts Jingtang phase two
China’s Shougang started work on phase two of its Jingtang steelworks in Hebei province on Thursday. The move will add around 9 million tonnes/year of steelmaking capacity to the site and is due for commissioning at the end of 2018, Kallanish notes.
