UK's Sheerness to re-launch rebar in January, say some
The UK’s idled mini-mill in Sheerness, Kent, known as Thamesteel could start producing rebar as soon as January 2015, according to some industry observers. The site is being visited by various experts to assess what is necessary to get the rolling mill operational again, a source tells Kallanish.
