Shagang launches cost-cutting drive
Eastern China’s Jiangsu Shagang Group is planning a new round of cost-cutting measures which it hopes will save CNY 29.97 million ($4.9m), it says. Its previous cost efficiency schemes have so far reduced costs by CNY 300m over recent years, Kallanish notes.
