Severstal to sell Ukrainian wire unit to unnamed German firm
Russian steel group, Severstal has announced that its Austrian subsidiary Severstal-Trade has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Dneprometiz in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. The Ukrainian subsidiary of Severstal is managed by Severstal-metiz, a group of companies, which unites Severstal’s metalware assets.
