Severstal moves to divest its US coking coal business
Russia’s Severstal has agreed to sell its US-based coking coal operation PBS Coals Limited to Canada’s Corsa Coal Corporation. The acquisition, Corsa says in a statement seen by Kallanish, “…is a perfect match for Corsa’s strategic vision of building a low cost, premium-quality metallurgical coal producer”
