Russia's Severstal exports first certificated batch of rebar to Finland
Russia’s Severstal has received an SFS 1268 certificate from the Finnish Standards Association (SFS), enabling it to ship rebar to Finland and other Baltic countries, “where there is high demand,” the company tells Kallanish.
