SSAB appoints new chairman of the board
Swedish steelmaker SSAB has appointed a new board chairman, the company tells Kallanish. The announcement was made on 8 April at the firm’s annual general meeting in Stockholm.
The new chairman Bengt Kjell was also elected as a new director, the steelmaker says. He replaces the outgoing chairman Sverker Martin-Löf who has resigned both his chairmanship and directorship. Fellow director Jan Johansson has also resigned from the board.
