SAIL-led consortium acquires Mozambique coal mine

India’s largest domestic steel producer, Steel Authority of India (SAIL) says that the Indian consortium of which it is a member has finalised the takeover of Rio Tinto’s operating coal mine and coal assets in Mozambique, Africa.
