Russian and Italian plantmakers team up to supply mini-mills

Russian plantmaker Uralmashzavod has signed up with Pert Engineering, based in Udine, northern Italy. In partnership, the two plan to develop, supply and install electric arc furnace-based steel mills producing finished longs products, says Uralmashzavod.
