Russia won't tax steel exports: reports
Russia does not plan to start taxing its steel exports, according to deputy prime minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who noted that other metals and fertilisers would not be subject to an export tax either, according to news agency Reuters. The government has no plan to restrict the export of metals, Dvorkovich is reported to have told journalists in Moscow.
