Rio Tinto confirms ICVL coal sale completion
Rio Tinto confirms that it has completed the sale of Rio Tinto Coal Mozambique to International Coal Ventures Private Limited (ICVL) following “…the fulfilment of all conditions precedent and receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals”.
