RNIL sees increased production and sales volumes in August
Indian longs steelmaker Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RNIL) says that it continued to improve its production performance at its Visakhapatnam Steel Plant in August, without quantifying output volumes. Sales tonnage also grew both month-on-month and year-to-date
The company saw year-on-year output growth in production of coke, liquid steel (from SMS-2), cast bloom and wire rod, it says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
