Process gas heater failure causes Nucor DRI facility outage again
U.S. longs specialist Nucor says that a failure in a process gas heater at its Louisiana DRI plant on 2 November has stopped production at the facility. The same equipment had previously contributed to production outages in July and September, the company confirms in a statement seen by Kallanish.
