Private equity firm KKR partners with Mexico's Monterra to build infrastructure
Private equity firm KKR has formed a joint venture with Mexican midstream company Monterra Energy to invest in midstream projects in Mexico.
Under the agreement, KKR will make an equity commitment to Monterra to develop new projects and acquire existing midstream assets and businesses in Mexico. Financial terms and details of the JV were not disclosed.
