Posco launches Myanmar mill
South Korea’s Posco plans to officially launch its new 50,000 tonnes/year colour coating line in Myanmar on 9 December, local media report. The project is one of several new investments hoping to capitalise on the economic spurt since the South-east Asian country began to improve its international standing in recent years, Kallanish notes.
