Posco "builds trust" in North Korean coal deal
South Korea’s Posco is taking part in a rare example of north Asian co-operation by buying coal from Russia which will be shipped via North Korea. The deal has been sanctioned and analysts have said it is part of an attempt to build trust between the two Koreas, which are still officially at war.
