Phillips 66 forms JV to construct Texas-Louisiana oil pipeline
Phillips 66, Energy Transfer Partners and Sunoco Logistics Partners said last week they’ve formed a joint venture to construct the Bayou Bridge pipeline. This will deliver crude oil from Phillips 66 and Sunoco Logistics terminals in Nederland, Texas, to Lake Charles, Louisiana, Kallanish notes.
