Panhua pledges multi-million dollar investment in steel processing facility in Philippines
The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) near Manila in the Philippines has announced that Chinese steel producer Panhua has pledged PHP 9 billion ($204.5 million) to invest in an “…export-oriented business project…” in the Subic Bay Freeport.
