Palmer launches multi-billion dollar lawsuit against CITIC
Australia’s mining magnate and politician Clive Palmer has filed a lawsuit against China’s CITIC claiming AUD 10 billion ($7.15 billion). The claim relates to unpaid royalties from the Sino Iron joint venture between CITIC and Palmer’s Mineralogy, Kallanish notes.
