Pakistan seamless pipemaker calls for duty alteration on competition from China

Pakistani pipemaker Huffaz Seamless Pipe Industries (HSPI) has asked the National Tariff Commission (NTC) to remove the duty on special steel billet imports and hike the tariff on seamless pipe imports to 25%.
