PTC Alliance unaffected by bankruptcy of PTC Seamless Tube
PTC Alliance says that PTC Seamless Tube’s filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection will have no impact on its own business. The two US companies are both owned by PTC Group Holdings.
“PTC Alliance is a separate corporate entity from Seamless and as such will continue uninterrupted in the normal course of business despite this filing by Seamless,” said PTC Group ceo Peter Whiting.
