Italy's Nunki Steel expands capacity for ingots
Steel ingot producer, Nunki Steel, based in San Giorgio di Nogaro in the province of Udine, northern Italy, is investing over the next two years to increase annual capacity. The company, which is a member of GIVA group, currently makes 250,000 tonnes/year of ingots, which is expected to rise to 350,000 t/y by 2016, a Nunki executive tells Kallanish.
