Northland Resources halts iron ore operations, most jobs to go
Luxembourg-headquartered iron ore miner Northland Resources SE announced on 7 October that it operations will be halted indefinitely. This is as a result of the company’s extremely constrained liquidity, Northland says, due to the deterioration in iron ore prices. Most of its employees will lose their jobs as a consequence, the miner confirms.
