No end in sight for strike insists South African metalworkers union
The metalworkers strike in South Africa which began on 1 July 2014 appears to have reached an impasse this week with the rejection of the latest offer from the employers association by the metalworkers’ trade union. “The strike continues indefinitely”, the union says in a statement seen by Kallanish.
