Vietnam's Nghi Son officially starts port construction
Vietnam’s Nghi Son Iron and Steel held a groundbreaking ceremony for a VND 5.85 trillion ($260 million) port complex this week. The first wharves of the port in Thanh Hoa province are expected to be commissioned in October 2016, Kallanish notes.
