New survival plan drawn up for Romania's longs mill COST, and wire drawer ISCT
A new restructuring plan for Romanian longs producer, COS Targoviste (COST) was agreed earlier this month, after the proposal received court approval. The billet producer was put into special administration in the first quarter of 2013.
