New ArcelorMittal Poland energy JV receives assets
Polish authorities have registered the creation of Tameh Polska, a new joint venture between ArcelorMittal and energy provider Tauron, which will supply energy to ArcelorMittal’s plants in Poland.
Tameh’s capital has consequently increased to over PLN 340 million ($97.46m) by the transfer to its ownership of ArcelorMittal Poland’s Krakow-based cogeneration plant, as well as Tauron’s ZW Nowa and Blachownia power plants.
