NSSMC's Nagoya works resumes steelmaking over weekend
Over the last few days, Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corp (NSSMC) has gradually resumed operations at its Nagoya steelworks following an explosion on 3 September in the coking works. The accident at the coal storage tower of No. 1 Coke Oven injured 15 people, according to a company statement seen by Kallanish.
