NGL Energy, Meritage Midstream form oil gathering pipeline system JV
NGL Energy Partners and Meritage Midstream Services said Monday the companies are forming a joint venture to develop crude oil gathering and water services infrastructure for oil and gas producers in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.
