Mughal Steel carries out IPO to fund induction furnace, sections mill upgrade
Pakistani steelmaker Mughal Steel plans an initial public offering of 27.35 million shares on 16 February in order to raise funds for a new induction furnace and capacity expansion at its tandem sections mill. The issue is expected to raise PKR 547 million-929.9 million ($5.4m-9.17m), Kallanish learns from the company.
