Morocco extends AD duties on EU and Turkish HRC

Morocco’s government has delivered a final verdict following its antidumping investigation into hot rolled coil imports from Europe and Turkey. The initial duties of 11.06% for the EU’s ArcelorMittal and 22.11% for all other EU suppliers, including Tata Steel will continue for five years, it says. Meanwhile, Turkish suppliers to Morocco – including Colakoglu Metalurji and Erdemir / Isdemir – will be hit by an 11% definitive duty. …
