Moldova Steel Works signs $140m scrap procurement deal after billet plant restart

Moldova Steel Works (MMZ) has signed an agreement with United Arab Emirates-based Brik Oil for the procurement of $140 million of scrap over 12 months, Kallanish learns from MMZ. The steelmaker also authorised Brik Oil to market and sell its products internationally. The agreement was signed with Brik Oil and its Moldova-based representative TirasMet.
