Middle East steel output surges ahead of world average in November
Crude steel production in the four Middle Eastern countries covered by the World Steel Association’s monthly output report increased 11.6% year-on-year in November to 2.48 million tonnes. The Middle East was by far the fastest-growing region that month, with global output managing a mere 0.1% hike.
