Mexico beefs up its steel imports control measures
Mexico’s Ministry of Economy (MoE) says that it will soon present a series of measures to strengthen control on steel imports, Kallanish learns from an official statement.
The MoE says that it is currently working together with the country’s Ministry of Finance and the national steelmaker’s association, Canacero, to analyse market developments and find a solution to the issue.
