Metinvest plants mull blast furnace output reduction on gas supply problem
Gas supply has been limited to Metinvest’s Mariupol-based steel plants Ilyich Iron & Steel Works and Azovstal, and chemicals plant Inkor & Co. The reason is the suspension of gas supplies to Mariupol, Berdyansk and Volnovakha by Ukrtransgaz to repair the Kramatorsk-Donetsk gas mainline, which was damaged as a result of the armed conflict, Kallanish learns from Metinvest.
