Mechel signs Baosteel coal pact
Russian miner Mechel has signed an agreement to supply 1.44 million tonnes of coking coal to China’s Baosteel over April 2015-March 2016, it says. The agreement includes the possibility of extension or of adding other products such as PCI and thermal coal, Kallanish understands.
