Malaysia begins safeguard investigation on HRC imports

Malaysia’s Ministry of International Trade and Industry (Miti) says is has begun an investigation into imports of HRC. If preliminary findings indicate harm to domestic producers, then safeguard measures could be imposed, followed by antidumping duties, Kallanish notes.
