Magang extends losses despite output pick-up
Eastern China’s Ma’anshan Iron and Steel (Magang) has seen another half year of growing losses and falling revenue so far in 2015 despite a recovery in production levels. The company has been seeking to add value by expanding its railway wheel and carriage arm but this has not been enough to prevent worsening performance, Kallanish notes.
