MMK to offset weaker Q2 construction demand with exports, import substitution
Russia’s MMK sees weakening demand in the second quarter from the domestic construction and construction materials industries. This would be caused by the overall decline in economic activity and the earlier build-up by customers of stock in anticipation of domestic price increases following the rouble depreciation.
