Russia's MMK mulls 2016 as possible start date for Turkish HR strip ops
Magnitogorsk iron and steel works (MMK) may restart its idled Turkish meltshop and compact strip mill in 2016, but not earlier, according to Moscow analysts, who recently met with the Russian company’s top executives. Other industry sources suggest 2017, as a possible re-launch date.
