Turkeys MMK Metalurji increases shipments 17% on-year in Q1
Turkish cold roller and galvanizer MMK Metalurji, a wholly-owned unit of Russia’s MMK, registered a 17.1% year-on-year rise in sales to 175,000 tonnes in the first quarter. This was on the back of lower sales in Q1 2014 when traders postponed order placements ahead of local election results, MMK says.
