Liepajas Metalurgs confirms April EAF restart, seeks more rebar exports
Latvian rebar producer KVV Liepajas Metalurgs (KVVLM) has confirmed it will restart its 1.3 million tonnes/year electric arc furnace meltshop in April. The firm is also seeking to expand its rebar exports following the relaunch last month of its 680,000 t/y rebar mill, a KVVLM spokesperson tells Kallanish.
