Klesch expected to complete Leali Steel acquisition by end March, sources say
The Swiss-based Klesch Group is planning to complete its acquisition of Italy’s Leali Steel by 31 March 2015, sources close to the Italian steelmaker tell Kallanish.
Klesch should formalise the acquisition of the Odolo operation by the end of March, sources say, and then proceed with the acquisition of Leali Steel’s other plant based in Borgo Valsugana in the months that follow. Both sites are located in Italy’s Brescia province.
