KMI receives FERC OK for Palmetto Pipeline's rates, terms, service conditions
US pipeline giant Kinder Morgan (KMI) has received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) concerning the rates, terms and service conditions for its proposed $1 billion, 1,021-mile Palmetto Pipeline.
