Jiangsu steelmaking overtakes CIS, bucking national downturn
Despite the year-on-year fall in Chinese steelmaking so far in 2015, crude steel output in Jiangsu province has continued to surge. Jiangsu produced more steel than all of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) last month, marking a new milestone in its uninterrupted rise, Kallanish notes.
