Jiangsu sees new HDG, coating investment
Eastern China’s Jiangsu Lugang Group has signed an agreement to build a new 350,000 tonnes/year galvanizing and colour-coating facility in Jiangsu province’s Jiangyin city. The move would dramatically expand capacity at the solar panel-focussed group, Kallanish notes.
The company plans to invest CNY 800 million ($128.8m) in the plant, which is expected to produce 50,000 t/y of hot dip galvanized steel and 300,000 t/y of colour-coated. Lugang says…
